Its given me piece of mind knowing they won't loosen. I really like the idea of the locking nuts between the rear wheels and axle. the seat positioning accurate and EXTREMELY comfortable- I can't stress that enough! The Dragster footpegs are perfect, the stability unpresidented, the control of steering although it has a wider turning circle than I am previously used to, is amazing. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is without doubt the best buggy (in my view) that you can buy for under £600. Setting up and taking down of the buggy takes about 10-15 minutes including loading and unloading into the back of my car, so not too bad. I don't know if this was my impatience or something that has happened to others putting this buggy together, but it really wound me up! Not having a spare nut and bolt, after cutting it in half, I had to travel to B&Q's to get another before I could take it out on its maiden voyage. One of the nuts attaching the side rails to the axle cross-threaded. This seat is extremely padded and supports your back perfectly- and thats just when sitting in the garage! The seat was already set up on the siderails- complete with siderail covers. The front tyre/wheel was already attached to the fork and inflated-this is something that others I know have had to do themselves. When the buggy arrived the box it came in split as the driver took it off the van (makes you wonder how it travelled so far without it happening sooner). After picking the pieces up off the road I hurriedly began putting it together in my garage. We are sorry for the delay with your order and last night sent out your Vmax II complete with modifications, all in STAINLESS STEEL at no extra cost!" The reply was" We are very sorry we are having problems fitting the stainless forks to the powder-coated frame. I agreed to keeping the stainless forks as by this time I was drowning in my own saliva!!Īnother 3 days passed and still no buggy.Yet again I sent an enquiry. Alternatively we can send you the buggy with a stainless set of forks and when we recieve the order from Libre we will be happy to exchange, or, you can just keep the stainless forks?" "We have had a problem obtaining the front forks and have ordered a set from Libre, it may take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. Three days came and went and on the fourth I became just a little nervous about the transaction being done over the internet, so I sent an email asking about my order. I was like a kid on Xmas eve waiting for the buggy to arrive. The Chap at the other end responded saying no problem it will cost you an extra 50 quid-FANTASTIC!.and.it will be there in three days- Fab! I replied to the email and enquired about having a possible upgrade and could I have a price. I recieved an email asking for my details and realised that I had just bought from a shop in Germany! Hadn't even given a thought to where it was coming from. BUY IT NOW !!!!!!!!!!! was speedily pressed. And there it was, a brand new Libre Vmax II 2007 £475 (£175 more than I had budgeted for but when you see what you want, you've just got to have it!). Just by sitting in the buggy I was hooked!Īfter searching around and not really finding anything on the usual sites that stimulated any interest, I decided to look on ebay. I had already seen/sat in a Libre V max and couldn't believe how comfortable the seat was. ![]() The bearings supplied in this set are rubber sealed on both sides. After learning how to buggy on a Peter Lynn Competition Standard and tired of scraping my backside and having the constant wet nappy feeling, I decided to look around for a new buggy. These bearings are suitable for use with standard set-up. QUALITY BEARINGS - EXCELLENT SERVICE - AFFORDABLE PRICES. Item: 312133197173 ROULEMENTS BUGGY FREE V-MAX / VMAX KITE - LOT DE 6.
